Thomas J. Lucier

I’ve been very lucky in life. I’ve found something that I have a real passion for, and that I am fairly good at, real estate. And in spite of the fact that I am a one-fingered typist and left-handed too boot, I’ve written seven books on real estate investing and managing Florida residential rental property. My book, The Pre-Foreclosure Property Investor’s Kit, is the all-time best-selling foreclosure book, with over 100,000 copies sold since December 27, 2004! As an author, I am most proud of the fact that hundreds, if not thousands of real estate investors worldwide, have used the detailed information and no-bullspit advice in my books, to earn millions of dollars collectively!

I don't kowtow to special interest groups. As I see it, my obligation is to tell it to my readers as it really is, while avoiding the politically correct gobbledygook that is far too prevalent in today's society!

Unlike those slick talking real estate carnies, that travel the real estate investment seminar circuit, and a certain failed real estate investor, whose claim to fame, is that he has an MBA degree from Harvard, I don’t profess to know it all. And you'll never hear me promise to make anyone a real estate millionaire by the third Thursday of the month. The simple fact remains that no real estate investment strategy will work unless you do!

I am an unabashed capitalist and damn proud of it. In fact, my belief in the American free enterprise system is so strong, that I willingly spent six and a half years of my life serving in the Armed Forces of the United States of America. I wonder how many members of the Bush, Trump, Hilton and Kennedy families, can make that claim today!

By today’s standards, I am considered to be politically incorrect.  And I have nothing but contempt and disdain for sue-happy attorneys, poverty pimps, social engineers, left-wing liberals, hyphenated Americans, religious fanatics, right-wing wackos, crooked politicians, illegal aliens, activist judges, phony journalists, Wall Street weasels, card-carrying members of the ACLU, and other forms of lowlife, who prey on honest, hard working American citizens.

I am a firm believer in the almost forgotten concept, that people of all ages should be held accountable for their actions. My philosophy on life is based on The Bill of No Rights of The United States of America, and Rudyard Kipling’s brilliant poem If.
